Products and ordering

Review the product, size, frame or other variant, quantity, delivery address and total before submitting an order. Product descriptions and the selected options form part of your purchase. Screen settings may affect displayed colours, but goods must still match their description.

Prices and payment

Check the displayed currency and final total before payment. Applicable delivery charges and taxes collected by the store must be disclosed before you place your order. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

Fulfilment and delivery

Products may be dispatched by overseas fulfilment partners, including partners in China. ANIARCS remains your point of contact for delivery and order issues. Read our shipping policy before ordering.

Cancellations and complaints

Our returns policy explains cancellation and refund arrangements. Contact us promptly if an order is incorrect, delayed or faulty. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

International customers

Mandatory protections applicable in your country remain unaffected. These terms do not claim that every product is available or suitable for sale in every country.
