Returns and refunds

UK cancellation rights

For eligible online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason before delivery or within 14 days after receiving your goods. After notifying us, return the goods within a further 14 days. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Any deduction for diminished value must be permitted by law.

We refund eligible cancellations, including the standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee. Premium delivery upgrades need not be refunded.

Return arrangements

Email us for the correct return destination before posting goods; do not assume the dispatch address is the returns address. Your cancellation notice does not require our approval. Any customer-paid return cost must have been disclosed before purchase; otherwise we bear that cost.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us if goods arrive damaged, are faulty or do not match their description. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law and bear necessary return costs where legally required. Photographs can help us investigate but do not replace your statutory rights.

Posters and sale items

Standard catalogue posters are not excluded from cancellation merely because they are printed after ordering. A lawful exception may apply to goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised, where disclosed before purchase. Sale items retain statutory protections.

Customers outside the UK

Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected. Contact us for assistance.

Optional cancellation notice

Email: I wish to cancel my order [order number], for [goods], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Customer name: [name]. Customer address: [address]. Date: [date]. You may instead send any clear cancellation statement.
